Frequently Asked Questions…

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed we aim to post within 2-3 business days. You will then then receive tracking information which will allow you to track your parcel. If you pay by direct banking, your order won’t be processed until funds are received. Regular postage usually takes 1 week to arrive, Express post 1-2 business days. How do I know which products are right for me?
If you have a specific query regarding products for your skin type please contact us for advice. Or learn by reading through the product description, ingredients, benefits, skin type information and directions on each product page. We also offer blog posts for helpful tips, and a free skin consultation here.

Why do I have to mix some products myself before use?

It is true that most things good for us, require a bit of effort on our part. Think of healthy eating, exercise, getting enough sleep and positive thinking. A few of our products such as our masks, need to be mixed with water before applying. We also recommend adding a few drops of water in your palm with serum application. By not including water and preservatives in these formulations, ensures the customer receives the maximum amount of high quality ingredients per weight. If you’re after the convenient, “take away” version of skin-care, we’re probably not the brand for you!

Will my personal information be kept private?
Yes, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell your information to a third party.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee our high quality products and exceptional customer service. Once a product has been opened, for hygiene reasons you are not able to return for a refund. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or store credit.

Are you certified organic?
Our products are made with a blend of certified organic ingredients along with other wildcrafted/raw, natural ingredients. Some ingredients we use are grown in a natural spray-free environment but without the certification. Ingredients which are certified organic are noted in the ingredients list of each products with an *asterisk.

Can I order products outside of Australia?
You can order via the website to ship to anywhere in Australia. If you live outside of Australia, yes, don’t worry you won’t miss out! You can email us your order list and we can manually process this for you.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Once opened, we recommend using your products within 6 months after opening.

Are your products tested on animals?
Our Australian skincare brand is not tested on animals. We proudly create cruelty free skin care products.

Are your products vegan?
We are not certified vegan because we use local Beeswax and Raw Honey, which we feel is an important ingredient in natural skincare. However 95% of our products are Vegan.

Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Our products are toxin-free, nothing like most commercially available store bought skin care products. However, there may be some Essential Oils not recommended for pregnant women to use, based on not enough evidence and a low number of studies that support its safety. Please seek advice from your doctor if you are unsure.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Our glass jars and bottles are fully recyclable. Why not wash and reuse to store other household items. Our plastic jars used in our Bath range are also fully recyclable. We recommend you store our products out of heat and direct sunlight.

Do your products contain Parabens or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate?
No. Our products are free from synthetic ingredients, dyes, parabens, GMOs, synthetic fragrances, sodium laurel sulfate, phthalates, chemicals, mineral oils, petroleum.
